Shore Country Day School Summer Programs. Beverly MA

Summer Shore Camps run June 16 through August 22. Summer Shore Camps including Boston Red Sox Baseball Summer Camp and Boston Children’s Theatre. Shore Country Day School offers a variety of Summer Shore Camps focusing on both sports and enrichment. Full- and half-day camps are available and welcome students in grades 1-10.

Bring the gang for work and play in the Children's Garden at Long Hill. We'll discover friendly insects, harvest veggies, read stories and do an activity. Every meeting we will start with a story while sitting on the hay bales then off to discover!  We will discover things in the Children’s Garden, Flower Field, and Demonstration Garden and in a huge compost pile!  You can visit and feed the chickens and guinea hens and..new this year..the peacocks!  Program meets in the Children’s Garden at 3:30.  This is a drop in program but please sign in when you arrive.

Tour d'Elegance Public Display

Tour d'Elegance public display is FREE and open to the public

Praised by car aficionados as one of the best shows in New England, the Misselwood Concours d’Elegance is a boutique car show that also serves as a fundraiser for scholarships at Endicott College. The show attracts car owners and crowds from across New England and has become the prime classic car event of the summer. Part of the Concours d'Elegance weekend includes the Tour d'Elegance on Saturday, a tour of the most elegant cars in existence today that winds along the Coastal Scenic Byway from Beverly to Newburyport and back.

Join us for a special summer program at GUS! Our long-standing tradition of combining educational, hands-on workshops with easygoing summertime fun for children ages 4 to 14 continues. Our camp atmosphere is noncompetitive, creative, inquisitive, playful, and relaxed. We welcome children from schools all over the North Shore and beyond.

New this Year! Two new workshops for middle school students, “The Art of Leadership” and “The Art and Craft of Songwriting,” taught by Head of Glen Urquhart School Dave Provost. An all new program for children ages 4 to 5 taught by Joy Sullivan. A new afternoon option “campus kids” for children ages 4 to 8 and many new specialty workshops for all ages.

Who could forget the classic line, "You're gonna need a bigger boat." Come see the movie that changed swimming at the beach forever (and keep in mind it will scare the living daylights out of the kids)! Enjoy a beautiful Summer night on at the ocean's edge at Lynch Park. Bring a blanket, a picnic dinner and enjoy the beauty of a Summer night under the stars!  The Snack Bar will be open for the movie.
