The Rowley Farmers Market is an open air market held on Sundays on the Rowley Town Common. There's always a great selection of fresh local produce, food stuffs and locally hand-made goods. Come pick up some great locally grown food, freshly baked bread by Faith Anne's Unique bread, specialty teas and herbals by Dawn's Herbal, locally made yarn from Spin a Yarn Farms, locally made maple syrup and honey from local bee keepers.
Join us for the 39th Annual Essex ClamFest and Arts & Crafts Festival, from 11 am to 4 pm in Shepard Memorial Park in Essex. Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center is excited to announce our 12th annual White Ribbon event, Pledge for Change. We invite the members of our communities to gather together and pledge their support to end gender-based violence. This evening event will raise critically needed funds for our Youth Empowerment Services (YES). The Center’s YES programs work to foster healthy, safe and equitable relationships for youth, and help them thrive through meaningful connections in safer communities.

Come to Spencer Peirce Little Farm for a mid-winter open house and bonfire to celebrate the official purchase of the town of Newbury on January 13, 1701. Come visit the 1690 farm house from 3-4pm. Then walk down to the town-sponsored bonfire and enjoy food, beer, wine, hot chocolate and other beverages that will be available for purchase from local vendors. The bonfire is lit around dusk (~4:30pm) Pre-purchase your parking pass for a guaranteed spot in the parking field. Parking pass ticket $20.
