Over 50,000 tulips are scheduled to bloom at Cider Hill Farm at the end of April - beginning of May at cider Hill Farm and we you to come pick your own! Pre-sale tickets for cut-your-own tulips are made available as conditions allow so visit the page for the most updated information. All tickets will go live approx. 48 hours in advance. Expect tickets to become available mid-April through early May. Picking will be 7 days a week (weather depending). Early ticket sales are not available.
As spring arrives and settles in, Miss Lisa wants to take you through the woods, on the trails, and along the shore to look for creatures, explore, and play. We'll use our "science eyes" and "nature ears" for some outdoor family fun! The session will be spent exploring pond life at Woodsom Farm in Amesbury!
Join Sawyer Free Library, the Boston Bruins and Cradles to Crayons in their goal to collect new pajamas for kids in need! The Boston Bruins will be hosting their 13th Annual PJ Drive from February 1 - March 15. The drive will benefit Cradles for Crayons and DCF Wonderfund, two non-profits that ensure positive living conditions for children.

Visit Lowell’s Boat Shop on thei Trails & Sails 2019! Founded in 1793, Lowell's Boat Shop is the oldest continuously operating wooden boat shop in the United States. Now a National Historic Landmark, Lowell's continues to build wooden boats in the traditional method. Located on the banks of the Merrimack River in Amesbury, Lowell's will be welcoming guests to learn more about its unique history and the craft of wooden boat building as it was practiced then and continues to be today.
Always wanted to know how to read the night sky? Come Star Gazing with the North Shore Amateur Astronomy Club to enjoy outdoor night sky observation. See open clusters, planetary nebulae, and galaxies millions of light years away. Telescopes provided on site.

Come join the Lake Gardener Improvement Association for a guided, narrated hike of the Powow Hill Conservation Area -- the highest peak on the Essex County coast! This easy, guided hike starts at the beach, goes through the beautiful mixed forest to the scenic summit, pausing often to notice the sights, and sounds of the forest around us.
Come join the Lake Gardener Improvement Association for a twilight paddle on Lake Gardner! Enjoy the magic of twilight on the water! Bring your kayak, canoe or paddleboard and join us as we leisurely paddle the flatwater of Lake Gardner to enjoy the quiet as dusk turns to dark as we watch for migrating geese to land. The trip will depart the beach at 7:00 PM and will involve a talk about the history of the lake and its environs as we explore the shoreline as we watch the sky gradually change.
