Andover's annual Memorial Day Parade will be on Monday, May 26th. The parade will begin at 10:00 AM at the intersection of Elm Street and Florence Street. The parade can be observed from portions of Elm Street, Main Street, Punchard Ave., and Bartlet Street with a solemn ceremony at the Park at Chestnut and Bartlet Street. Civic, patriotic or fraternal organizations wishing to march should contact the Veterans’ Services Office at (978) 623-8183.
Mayor Dominick Pangallo and the Salem Veterans Council for the City of Salem will be hosting its 2025 Memorial Day Ceremony in Salem on May 26, 2025 at 11:00am. Mayor Pangallo and the Salem Veterans Council invite the community to attend the annual Memorial Day ceremony to be held outside at the corner of English and Cousins Streets for the dedication of a veteran square in honor of US Navy Seaman 1st Class Anthony Frank Pydynkowski.
Wenham Massachusetts Memorial Day Services commence with and a Decoration of the Cheeseman Memorial in Pingree Park. The Wenham Memorial Day Parade kicks off at the American Legion building.The parade forms at American Legion building (Wenham COA and Buker School) starting at 12:30 p.m. Parade starts at 1 p.m. with stops at the Veterans Memorial Monument, the Civil War Memorial, and the Wenham Town Cemetery on Main Street.
Marblehead's Memorial Day activities start at at Clark's Landing, starting at 8. Participants will muster begining at 8:30 am at the Old Town House. At 9am, the main parade will begin at Pleasant Street, continuing on to Memorial Park for a ceremony, then turn left on Spring to Elm Street. The parade will then take a left off of Elm Street to Cressey, and merge onto Green, taking a left on Turner Road before concluding at Waterside Cemetery.
The Danvers Memorial Day parade begins at Holten Richmond Middle School at 9 a.m. sharp, and will follow the traditional route of previous years - down Sylvan Street, through downtown and back to Town Hall. Traditional stops and placement of wreaths will occur at the Danvers Square Memorial Flagpole, the Town Hall Memorials and Porter’s Burial Ground on High St. All Danvers veterans are invited to participate in the parade in their civilian capacity, with a handicapped accessible trolley provided for those who are unable to march.
Hamilton’s American Legion A.P. Gardner Post 194 invites residents and visitors to join in honoring those who have served our country at the annual Memorial Day Parade, taking place Monday, May 26, beginning at 8:30 A.M. at 624 Bay Road.
The Veterans Posts of Ipswich will host a ceremony at the Veterans Memorial on Monday, May 26, 2025 in honor of Memorial Day. Veterans will organize at 10:30 a.m. at the Memorial, South Main Street, and kick-off will be at approximately 11am. We anticipate participation by all the Veterans organizations, civic organizations, schools, and scouts to make this ceremony meaningful for all involved.
In Manchester, legion members and parade participants will assemble Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Amaral-Bailey Post 113 for a brief seaside service. At 9am, wreaths and flowers will be dropped into the harbor in remembrance of those lost at sea. A parade will form at the Honor Roll and parade up School St. to Rosedale Cemetery for a special service including a performance by the MERHS band. The parade will continue to Hinkley Memorial at the corner of Pleasant St.
Please join us as we honor those who lost their lives while protecting and serving their nation. The parade will start at 9am behind Proctor School and it will go down Main Street to Veterans Memorial Green where there will be a short ceremony in front of the monument.
