ECGA's Thanks for the Trails 5k Race on the Friday after Thanksgiving in Patton Park

ECTA is holding its 6th Annual Thanks for the Trails 5k and Kids Fun Run the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Patton Park in Hamilton (November 25, 2023).  The Kids' Run will begin at 9:30AM and the 5k will start at 10AM.  Using a scenic and challenging course and offering great prizes, this will be an event for all!  Super prizes for top finishers, and many other terrific prizes!

The Yankee Homecoming Road Race has been a tradition Since 1960 and Running Strong through the heart of Newburyport

Run like a turkey through downtown Salem MA on Thanksgiving Day! Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem.

Join the fun for the annual Wild Turkey 5 Mile Run in downtown Salem Massachusetts Thanksgiving morning and raise funds for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem! This is the largest race on the North Shore, with 2,000 anticipated participants.The race starts this year at the stature of Roger Conant across from Salem Common. Chip timing done by Racewire.

The Essex Massachusetts Lions host their annual 5k Turkey Trot!

The Essex Lion's Club hosts the annual turkey trot in beautiful Essex Massachusetts! This year the race is a 5K and a 5k fun walk.  Race starts at 11:00am for runners and 10am for walkers.  Registration is at Woodman’s Restaurant (upstairs), 121 Main Street, Essex, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, or pre-register online.

The Run for the Troops 5k honors our military and help build homes designed for the unique injuries of specific soldiers.

The Run for the Troops 5k walk/run honors our military and help build homes designed for the unique injuries of specific soldiers. Run for the Troops 5K is a tax exempt 501 c(3) nonprofit organization that was initially formed to raise funds to support the mission of Homes For Our Troops. Homes For Our Troops builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide to severely injured post-9/11 Veterans. In recent years our mission has expanded to support the Veteran services provided by Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone Farm, and Homeland Heroes Foundation.
