ECGA's Thanks for the Trails 5k Race on the Friday after Thanksgiving in Patton Park

ECTA is holding its 6th Annual Thanks for the Trails 5k and Kids Fun Run the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Patton Park in Hamilton (November 25, 2023).  The Kids' Run will begin at 9:30AM and the 5k will start at 10AM.  Using a scenic and challenging course and offering great prizes, this will be an event for all!  Super prizes for top finishers, and many other terrific prizes!

The Happy as a Clam Road Race invites children and families to race in Essex

The 14th Happy as a Clam 5k Race, Walk and Fun Dashes - powered by Great Marsh Brew Co, our exclusive Flagship Sponsor - is Friday, September 16, 2022!  This event is open to anyone who wants to support a community school and all the wonderful enrichment programs the students hope to enjoy throughout the year.  The 5K route meanders through the beautiful back roads of Essex.  The Kids' Fun Dashes are always a hit, with even the littlest ones smiling from start to finish.  Come out, lace up, and pound the pavement for the students of EES.  It's sure to be another fun race this year!

Cape Ann Yukan Run Triple Threat Run

Kids are invited to run in the YuKan Triple Threat Run in Rockport this Summer!

The Yukan Run Triple Threat Race Series is a half marathon, 5K and 1 mile race.  There's something for everyone in the race series - serious runners, kids, enthusiasts and even walkers are invited to race!  Proceeds from the races go to local charities like The Open Door.  Sign up for one or all three races, it will be a great morning filled with healthy fun!

Run for the Beach 5K

Runners, walkers and kids are invited to particitpate in the Coastal 5k Run/Walk for the Beach

13th Annual Run for the Beach - Dane St Beach, at the intersection of Lothrop Street and Dane St, Beverly MA 01915. This fun road race will be equipped with chip-timing provided by Bay State Race Services. There will be ocean themed awards and prizes for different divisions and even those of you run/walking with a stroller will be eligible for a prize!

Griffin's Gift Fund charity walk run fundraiser during the Danvers Family Festival

Join us for the 2nd Annual Griffin’s Gift Run/Walk on the evening of July 3rd to celebrate the late Griffin Lamar’s 4th birthday with a FUN, family friendly, timed 3.5 mile run or non-timed 1 mile walk. Custom event shirts for pre-registered participants, age group awards, a BBQ and more!!  This event is in conjunction with Griffin's Gift Family Field Day, and is a fundraiser for the Griffin's Gift Fund.

Kids can play clocked chess matches against each other each Wednesday at the Abbot Public Library in Marblehead Massachusetts
