Second Saturday - Faces of the Community

Cape Ann residents of all ages are invited to join Museum Educator Kendall Reynolds for a collograph printmaking workshop!

The Museum is free all day for Cape Ann residents on the second Saturday of every month in 2020! The second Saturday of every month is free for families with school-aged children. From 10am to 12pm, families are invited to tour the galleries or take a free workshop in the Activity Center. Each month has a different theme or special guest related to the art, history and culture of Cape Ann. Reservations required for workshops and events.

LEGO Bakers Light Make & Take

Get a LEGO replica of the Bakers Island Light at the Salem Visitor Center

Calling all LEGO lovers! Join us on Wednesday, Februrary 19th during school vacation for an exciting LEGO Friendship "Make & Take" event co-hosted by Essex Heritage and the National Park Service! Participants will have the chance to make and take home their very own lighthouse keeper minifigure and mini Bakers Island Light. Space is limited, so reservations are required. CAM Pop-up Portrait Workshop

Cape Ann residents of all ages are invited to join Museum Educator Kendall Reynolds for a self portrait workshop. Sit down at a family style table in the Museum’s auditorium with members of the Cape Ann community to draw a portrait of yourself in oil pastel. NEER North is thrilled to be a part of the Animal Rescue day at the beautiful Tattersall Farm Grounds in Haverhill, MA

Trustees of Tattersall Farm are hosting a free guinea pig petting zoo and Animal Adoption Day at the Farm, 542 North Broadway, on Sunday, June 13, from noon to 3 p.m. Sheep, bunny, minihorse, and dog rescue leagues will be included.
