Alastair Moock and Friends return to the Cabot with their unique brand of upbeat, socially-conscious Americana music for all ages! Joining them for this special performance is the Teen Tour Choir of Boston City Singers from Dorchester, MA. Moock, a Grammy-nominated family musician, has worked closely with Boston City Singers for years, ever since his daughter joined the group in second grade.

The Musary brings Charlie Brown's Christmas to The Community House! The Aidan Scrimgeour Trio will bring to life and perform a LIVE version of the Vince Guaraldi holiday masterpiece (John's favorite!). This year they will be joined by members of the HW Elementary School Chorus! The event is FREE, although we kindly encourage attendees to make a suggested donation of $25 to support The Musary. Travel the high seas musically with the North Shore Concert Band (a POPS Concert Band) featuring 25 musician members of the Boston Musician’s Association Local 9-535 AFM. The Gloucester Schooner Festival is a wonderful celebration of Gloucester's fishing and maritime history during labor day weekend. This year's festival, hosted by Maritime Gloucester, is Gloucester’s major marine event, with participating vessels coming from ports along the Eastern seaboard and beyond. There will be both large and small vessels—ranging from 19 feet to over 100 feet in length. You will see new boats and old boats, from newly built (Ardelle - launched 2011) to over 100 years old!

Quintessential Brass takes the role of the brass quintet to the limit and beyond playing Classical, jazz, rock, funk and pop hits, as well as music from movies, TV, Broadway and the Big Band Era. Programs are selected to entertain audiences of all ages. This brass quintet consists of five full-time professional musicians who have, individually, performed with groups all over the world, recorded CDs and movie soundtracks, performed for Presidents, and at venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center.
