Come out for a student showcase of the acclaimed Boston String Academy (BSA). The BSA is a non-profit organization providing rigorous string instrument instruction to children in under-served communities in and around Boston using the Venezuelan El Sistema philosophy which views music as a vehicle for social change.
The Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestras presents their Afternoon of Spring Concerts on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at the Dolan Performing Arts Center, 130 High Street, in Ipswich, MA. There will be two performances; a concert at 2:00 pm and a second concert at 4:30 pm. The concerts are free to the general public; no tickets required.
Cape Ann Symphony’s is pleased to announce that highly acclaimed violinist Adrian Anantawan will be the featured soloist in the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto. The program begins with Beethoven’s Coriolan Overture and closes with Tchaikovsky’s ever popular Symphony No. 5.

The Pan-Mass Challenge Cape Ann Kids' Ride will be one of many PMC Kids Rides held in neighborhoods throughout New England and beyond. Through the PMC Kids Rides program, nearly 6,000 cyclists between the ages of two and 15 will ride between one and 26 miles in mini-bike-a-thons to raise money for cancer research.

The Community House presents The Family and Friends Sweetheart Ball! Children ages 3 to 12 are invited to dance the night away with their favorite grown-up. Formerly the Father Daughter Dance and the Mother Son Knight Out, The Sweetheart Ball combines the two to make one, inclusive and festive event.
