Waldorf School at Moraine Farm presents a lecutre by Kim John Payne based on his book The Soul of Discipline. The Simplicity Parenting Approach to Warm, Firm, and Calm Guidance - from Toddlers to Teens.

On Tuesday, March 21, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm., Kim John Payne will lead a lecture entitled Discipline: Raising Respectful Children in a Disrespectful World, hosted by Waldorf School at Moraine Farm.

The lecture, based on Kim John Payne’s book, The Soul of Discipline, will explore how to set firm but loving limits that expand as a child grows from toddler to teen. Kim will offer strategies that parents and educators can use at home and in the classroom.

Registration is open to the public for a fee of $10.

Biodynamic Beekeeping Classes at Waldorf School at Moraine Farm

Things to do in Beverly MA

Waldorf at Moraine Farm School is offering an entry level course that will introduce the basic principles of beekeeping and biodynamic agricultural practices. At the end of the class, participants will know everything you need to know to establish a new honeybee colony. Participants will get a basic orientation in caring for the land in a way that supports the local pollinator population.

Join Beverly Farmers' Market for a special holiday market! Celebrate winter with special farm fresh food, locally made gifts, and great community. This is the last market of 2016! You can expect to find winter squashes, root veggies, apples, cider, garlic, cabbage, cauliflower, eggs, cheese, beef products, maple syrup, and honey and bee products from our farmers.
