Join the fun for the annual Wild Turkey 5 Mile Run in downtown Salem Massachusetts Thanksgiving morning and raise funds for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem! This is the largest race on the North Shore, now in its 21^st year, with 2,000 anticipated participants. The first 1600 entries will receive long sleeve shirts. We give out awards in 5-year age groups. The pre and post-race meeting place will be in the Peabody Essex Museum Atrium. The race benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem.

Maudslay is Haunted is a North Shore Kid favorite! Theater in the Open’s notorious annual haunting of Maudslay invites you to join a cast of all ages for a one-hour walk through eerie vignettes, spooky sketches and haunting scenes, all in the autumn grandeur of Maudslay State Park in Newburyport. Bring the whole family for a variety of tricks and treats, this family event is intended for all ages.

Join the Cape Ann Center for Dance if you dare for an evening of fright and delight.  Walk amidst a haunted and enchanted wood forest filled with imaginative and spooky characters.  Fun for all ages with arts and crafts, fun, refreshments and more.

Cruiseport Gloucester and The Open Door invite you to a celebration of community spirit! Each year, The Open Door Autumn Breakfast kicks off the holiday giving season and raises funds for Holiday Meal Baskets (and beyond). Each basket provides local people with all the ingredients they will need to make a special meal, and Holiday Baskets are available for BOTH Thanksgiving and the winter holidays. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE, purchase tickets in advance to guarantee your spot.
