Summer at Brookwood is a coeducational summer camp for students entering Pre-Kindergarten through grade nine. Summer at Brookwood creates a fun and supportive environment in which students thrive in athletics, enrichment and the arts. Kids develop friendships, the body, the mind and the imagination. Our summer camp staff - many of them Brookwood teachers, coaches, and alumni - are 100% committed to fostering a fun, safe, and exciting environment for your child.

Mass Audubon Summer Programs at Joppa Flats

Summer Programs at Joppa Flats are designed to engage kids aged 6-14  in nature and to explore the world around them.

Explore nature and get outdoors at Joppa Flats Education Center Summer Camp. Joppa Flats Summer Camp is the perfect program for children with an interest in and curiosity about nature. Summer Program and Camp at Montserrat College of Art Offers Youth S.T.E.A.M.

The S.T.E.A.M. program is Montserrat College of Art’s concrete expression of its belief in the power of the arts to transforms lives. We believe that art education creates benefits that manifest themselves far beyond competency in the arts, helping students lead more productive and engaged lives. Summer session is held from July 8, to August 2, 2019.

The  S.T.E.A.M. program provides youth in grades 3 -12 opportunities to experience hands-on learning in a safe, supervised environment, led by professional faculty from educational institutions on the North Shore and beyond. Sessions are offered in spring, summer and fall, with the summer sessions running week-long, flexible, part or full-time with before and after care available.

WaringWorks and WaringWorks Jr. at Waring School

WaringWorks and WaringWorks Jr. at Waring School, Theater, Visual Arts, Science, Soccer

WaringWorks at Waring is a long-established summer experience combining learning and fun. In the morning, children have the chance to work in depth in one of seven Majors: Theater, Visual Arts, Video, Science Exploration, Soccer, and WaringWorks Jr. We end the day with recreation and whole group activities. On the final day of the program, we have a presentation of what we have created together! Students age 7-14
(5-7 for Waring Works Jr.)

WaringWorks Jr. is a half-day program for children ages 5-7 who have completed at least 1 year of kindergarten.

Camp Invention in Ipswich

Kids can explore, create, discover and learn skills that will follow them through their futures at Camp Invention!

Camp Invention will host a session in Ipswich Massachusetts for the week of August 8-12, 2016 from 9am-3:30pm. Camp Invention programs have encouraged nearly two million curious minds to explore, create and invent. The Camp Invention curriculum is new each and every year to ensure that our participants have a dynamic and memorable summer experience. Created by the National Inventors Hall of Fame, Camp Invention is the only nationally recognized summer program focused on creativity, innovation, real-world problem solving and the spirit of invention.

Kids can sign up to read to a therapy dog at the Newbury Town Library in Massachusetts
Children can register to come and read to a certified therapy dog. This program encourages reading confidence and is a fun way for kids to practice literacy. Sessions last for 15-minutes, and we ask that you please arrive for the time slot that you register for.
