Join Salem Coastwatch for a special marine exploration of Salem Sound and its many aquatic gifts. This session wiil focus on how people in Salem Massachusetts have interacted with the gifts from the sealfor time immemorial.  We will follow up with a hands-on, take-home craft. From the birth of ski towns like Sun Valley and Aspen to icons and innovators like the original hotdoggers, the film will spin through the years like snow ghosts, bringing humor and inspiration from today with Maine’s finest athlete, Donny Pelletier, and the next generation of skiers and riders at Woodward Park City.

Join us for a tour of the naturally occurring cranberry bogs on the refuge! Get behind the scenes to learn about the history, ecology, and wildlife in the bogs. Then, pick your own bag of cranberries to take home!  *Note: Waterproof shoes recommended - the bog is wet.

This Halloween, Greater Beverly YMCA, Be Healthy Beverly, a youth substance use coalition, and the Regional Youth Prevention Network, is excited to present $1 Fright Night at The Cabot! Middle and High School students from across the North Shore are welcome to stop by between 4:30 and 6pm for some Halloween tricks and treats, before settling in with complimentary popcorn and soda to watch Gremlins on the big screen from 6-8pm.
