Haunted Movies on the Common: Hocus Pocus 2

Does a Witch deserve a second chance on Halloween? Find out in Salem!

Grab a blanket and the kids and head over to Salem Common at dusk for an outdoor showing of some favorite family-friendly movies that will get you in the mood for a spooktacular Halloween!  Join the City of Salem and Creative Collective on October 2, 2022, in an outdoor screening of Hocus Pocus 2 at the Salem Common, the very same park where Allison and Max walked to school in Hocus Pocus! Please note, the Salem Common is an outdoor venue and seating is not provided. We recommend bringing blankets, pillows, and hoodies. The Food Court will be open on the Common

Family Dory Day at Maritime Gloucester

Family Dory Day at Maritime Gloucester in Massachusetts

Maritime Gloucester is partnering with Gloucester Museum School to offer an evening of family-friendly rowing! Each registration is for a family of up to 5 people to go out with an instructor for 30-45 min. Bring a picnic dinner and make an evening of it! All skill levels are welcome. Life jackets will be provided but if you plan to bring a child under 30 pounds you need to bring an appropriate life jacket. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.

Touch a Truck at Lynn Marketplace in Massachusetts

Join us on Sunday, July 24th from 10-1 PM at Lynn Marketplace for the Touch-A-Truck event. This is a fun-filled event for kids to get up close and explore the vehicles they've seen in the City of Lynn. In addition to being a family-friendly, FREE event, patrons will have a chance to meet the professionals from the City of Lynn and the Lynn Chamber of Commerce in a safe, positive environment. Ryan Fitzsimmons brings Americana-rock originals and covers to the Al Capp Ampitheater in the Amesbury Millyard

Amesbury's own Ryan Fitzsimmons will play americana-rock originals and covers. He has toured all over New England and beyond, appearing at venues such as the Newport Folk Festival & Club Passim, winning the awards "Best Male Vocalist" and "Favorite Local Rock Band" along the way. His songs that are “as authentic and emotion driven as they come” (thanks Redline Roots). Kara Kulpa will join him on fiddle and mandolin.
