The Saint Peter's Fiesta 5k Road Race hosted by the Cape Ann YMCA is a healthy opportunity for families to be directly involved with this traditional community celebration in Gloucester! Kids are encouraged to enter, and all funds raised by the race go to the Cape Ann YMCA Summer Camps program. The race starts at beautiful Stage Fort Park and ends in the heart of the Fiesta celebration in Saint Peter's Square.

Studio Two is a headlining Beatles band that pays tribute to the early Beatles years, choosing songs from the pre-Sgt. Pepper era. Featuring graduates from Berklee College of Music and Beatles devotees, Studio Two band mates met in a “cellar full of noise” in a town slightly west of Liverpool (Milford, New Hampshire!) to pay homage to the greatest rock band of all time.
Come to the Farmers Market for the annual native plant sale! There will be a variety of native plants from perennial flowering plants to native bushes and shrubs for you to grow in your yard to enhance your landscape while supporting the ecosystem.

Join us to explore and let your imagination lead you on an adventure among the flowers. General admission to the property is included with this registration. Emma Andrews Library and Community Center invites you to the library for their annual fundraising plant sale! As you are contemplating your gardens and find an excess of plants or plants that need dividing, please donate them to us. Plants may be dropped off in the backyard of the Emma at 77 Purchase Street on Friday, May 31. And then, come join us on Saturday, June 1 to find wonderful offerings for your garden. All proceeds go to fund the general expenses to keep the library running.

The Magnolia Community Farmer’s Market will reopen in June of 2021 with a full line up of vendors, followers, entertainment and community purpose. We hope to offer favorite flavors, produce and products, created and operated by local vendors, crafters, artisans, farmers, purveyors, bakers, and chefs. Our dedicated team will strive to provide the very best in local goods while creating a new avenue to give back to our community. Funds raised by the MCFM will directly benefit the enrichment of Magnolia.
Rain or shine, the Swampscott Farmers’ Market features a wide variety of produce, meats, fish, breads, flowers and crafts from farmers, food producers, and artisans from around Massachusetts and nearby New England states. Anchoring the market, Swampscott will have Clark Farm providing a large variety of produce, as well as John Crow Farms bringing produce, meats and poultry. Other vendors include Maitland Mountain Farms (known for their pickles and flowers), Fille de Ferme (producer of homemade jams and jellies), Cherry Street Fish Market, Big Sky Breads, and more.
Join Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm and the Essex Base Ball Association for a day of vintage base ball! The four teams of Essex Base Ball, the Newburyport Clamdiggers, Lowell Base Ball Club, Portsmouth Rockingham's, and the Lynn Live Oaks, play using 1864 rules. At these fun, historically accurate games, gloves are not allowed, players pitch underhand, and a ball bounced once and caught is an out. Bring a picnic or partake in beer and hot dogs from our at friends Ipswich Ale!
