Santa Visits Beverly Harbor
Santa Claus is packing his boat, checking his charts and heading for Beverly and the site of Washington’s Naval Base. The seaborne Santa will arrive by lobster boat at the Ferryway Public Landing by the Veterans Memorial Bridge and the Public pier rain, snow or shine.

Mark your calendars it's time again for the CAPE ANN SUP TURKEY PADDLE. This race is meant to be fun and bring people together before most of us spend a few months in hibernation! Profits will go to our good friends at The Open Door, who will help fill the bellies of many Cape Ann-ers this holiday season.
BMPAA Electronic Recycling Event
The Beverly High School Music Department will host its third annual electronic recycling event on Saturday, November 4 from 8 a.m. to noon at the BHS parking lot. For a fee, drop off your old electronics at the BHS parking lot. Recycle your unwanted televisions, air conditioners, appliances, phones, fire extinguishers and much more. All Day Drop-in Halloween Crafts & Trick or Treating
Come celebrate Halloween at the Newbury Town Library. We will be doing crafts all day and handing out candy to all our little trick or treaters! Stop by and show off your costume, do a Halloween craft and get some delicious treats!

We’ll take note of the ways nature gets ready to rest – the preparations that plants and animals make to survive the snowfall that will arrive in a matter of weeks. Nobuntu: A Cappella at Its Best
Nobuntu is a “Five Part” A’cappella Vocal ensemble made up of young women from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The name Nobuntu is an African concept that values humbleness, love, purpose, unity and family from a woman’s perspective. Their repertoire is a fusion of traditional Zimbabwean rooted music, Afro Jazz, Gospel and Crossover in pure voices with minimalistic percussion, traditional instruments such as Mbira and some dance movements. See them here in their ONLY Boston Area performance before they appear at Lincoln Center in NYC.

Enjoy guided hikes to the unexplored areas of Ward Reservation. Take part in family activities including kite making and lawn games. Enjoy some of your favorite fall treats, like apple cider donuts, and roast marshmallows for s’mores.

Grab a blanket and the kids and head over to Salem Common at dusk for an outdoor showing of some favorite family-friendly movies that will get you in the mood for a spooktacular Halloween! Each weekend there will be a different movie through October, so come to one or all!
