Not so scary twilight tours at the Rebecca Nurse Homestead in Danvers Massachusetts!

Come to Rebecca Nurse Homestead for an evening learning about 17th century Puritan beliefs in the supernatural including: Spirts, Specters, and Magical Thinking. These are the only evening tours that we do of the Homestead, they will be offered only on select weekend nights this October.

Gloucester Massachusetts' Celebration of Place, community, diversity, heritage and culture at Stage Fort Park

Free to the public and hosted at Stage Fort Park, the G400+ A Celebration of Place 2-day extravaganza will showcase the rich and diverse cultural history of Gloucester. Festivities will include performances from local singer-songwriters, cultural dance performances, including those by the Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers, a collaborative community art project, and booths representative of our cultural communities.

Come to Spencer-Pierce-Little Farm and give your kids a shot at archaeology!

October is Massachusetts Archaeology Month! Participants become archaeologists as they excavate a mock pit with actual tools of the trade and process reproduction artifacts in a field lab. Inside the museum, they explore building archaeology via trap doors. They analyze objects to learn about daily life at the farm over the last three hundred years.

Newburyport Youth Services will host a 'Touch-a-Truck' Event at Cashman Park in Newburyport! Touch-A-Truck is a FREE community event where families are invited to get up close and personal with police cars, fire trucks, ambulances and all kinds of important vehicles! Kids are welcome to climb on, sit in, and explore the trucks! This event is open to all families.
You do not need to Pre Register for this event, but please stop by the NYS Table to sign in and pick up some goodies!
