Fall Festival at Newbury Library

Pumpkin decorating is just one of the activities you can enjoy at the Fall Festival hosted by the friends of the Newbury Town Library

The Friends of the Newbury Town Library’s annual Harvest Festival is a fun day out with your family which supports the NTL!  Raffle tickets are on sale now through Harvest Fest on Oct. 23rd at the Library – see below for the full list. Winners will be announced during Harvest Fest (don’t worry, you don’t need to be present to win). Here’s what’s happening this year:

Ipswich Vehicle Day

Ipswich Vehicle Day Touch a Truck and Hotdog cookout.

Vehicle Day and Hot Dog Picnic will be on July 29 from 10 a.m. to noon. Police cars, fire trucks, construction vehicles and much more, in the parking lot of the Ascension Memorial Church. The Hot Dog Picnic is on the front lawn of the library. The Boston Bruins have teamed up with libraries across the Commonwealth to encourage kids and teens to keep reading over the summer. Bruins mascot Blades will visit Vehicle Day.

Lynn Touch a Truck

Touch a Truck at Lynn Marketplace in Massachusetts

Join us on Sunday, July 24th from 10-1 PM at Lynn Marketplace for the Touch-A-Truck event. This is a fun-filled event for kids to get up close and explore the vehicles they've seen in the City of Lynn. In addition to being a family-friendly, FREE event, patrons will have a chance to meet the professionals from the City of Lynn and the Lynn Chamber of Commerce in a safe, positive environment. All safety protocols will be followed.
