Composer and musician Robert Bradshaw conducts a string trio in this series of compositions inspired by Aesop’s Fables. The Saturday Showcase series spotlights the performing arts with content related to the art, history and culture of Cape Ann. Thematic presentations are often supplemented with drop-in art and history activities in the CAM Activity Center. Free and open to the public. This program is made possible by the Goldhirsh Foundation.
The Museum will have an ongoing video program in the auditorium featuring images from the Civil War to Vietnam with a voice-over of letters written home by soldiers. Also offered on Veteran’s Day is will be a special military-themed tour at 2:00 pm looking at items from the museum collection like a cannon ball that was fired into the facade of the First Parish Unitarian Church of Gloucester in 1775.
At the Cape Ann Farmers' Market Halloween Market, you'll find vendors and farms represented from all over the North Shore. Vendors will be selling fresh produce - squash, greens, brussel sprouts, onions, potatoes, apples, pears, garlic, kale, carrots, cabbage, parsnips, radishes, & turnips. All fresh, all local.
Halloween with a heart at Sawyer Free Library is good “spirited” fun for children. Children will celebrate Halloween with gentle shivers, wonder and laughter – this one offers delight without nightmares. Stories, songs for children and families ages 2 and up.

Terry Greene Clark is a born and bred Boston native and mother of four. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern Universtiy. She subsequently earned her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts while attending night school.
