Wenham Massachusetts Memorial Day Services commence with and a Decoration of the Cheeseman Memorial in Pingree Park. The Wenham Memorial Day Parade kicks off at the American Legion building.The parade forms at American Legion building (Wenham COA and Buker School) starting at 12:30 p.m. Parade starts at 1 p.m. with stops at the Veterans Memorial Monument, the Civil War Memorial, and the Wenham Town Cemetery on Main Street.

Portraits In Silhouette is the combined expertise of silhouette artists and mother-daughter team, Jean Comerford and Marcella Comerford-Foley. Portraits In Silhouette is focused on bringing you original, personalized work, full of inventive detail and creative spark. You can expect a genuine, hand-cut, and individual portrait each time, with consideration for the subject’s character and those great details – capturing “what makes them who they are.” Whether that is a signature hairstyle, a cowlick, the way they hold their mouth, a bowtie, or glasses, we love to bring out the personality in our portraits.  Children of all ages including wigglers are welcome!

Wenham Museum hosts a fun presentation by Wingmasters in Wenham Massachusetts. Come see live owls up close in this indoor presentation that will introduce you to different owls and other birds of prey in our region. The presentations start at 10:30am or 2pm and includes admission to the museum. This program shows how owls use their specialized powers of sight, hearing and flight to survive and thrive. A wealth of fact and folklore about these masters of the dark explains the natural and unnatural history of owls. A variety of live owls provides the focus of the presentation.
