Enjoy the music of Cold Spring Harbor featuring the songs of Billy Joel at Casheman Park during the Newburyport Yankee Homecoming.

The Yankee Homecoming Waterfront Concert Series invites you to enjoy a varierty of music with Cold Spring Harbor at Cashman Park. Cold Spring Harbor Billy Joel Tribute Band, has been performing since 2013. Since their foundation, their mission has always been to provide the most accurate and believable Billy Joel tribute show, at a fraction of the cost of the real thing.

The Coast Guard Station in Newburyport stands as a testament to over 100 years of service to the opening of the Merrimack River and the coastal regions from the North Shore to Portsmouth, NH. All are invited for a special tour of the facility and get a close-up look at the inner workings of this very busy station.

The Yankee Homecoming Waterfront Concert Series presents Singer/Songwriter Timmy Brown, who  hails from Norton Mass and has been singing and performing since the age of 5. In October 2018, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue his dreams full time.  In 2017, Brown was voted New England Country Music’s Local Male Artist of the Year for the second consecutive year.  His infectious energy and talent have made him a local favorite, around the New England and Rhode Island area.  In the fall of 2017, he auditioned for “American Idol,” for Season 1 of the re-boot on their new network ABC, where he finished in the top 60!

The Merrimack Valley Ship Model club will exhibit a wide range and variety of ship models displaying tiny miniatures, and modest rowing craft in contrast with ocean going vessels. MVSMC members will be at the exhibit demonstrating modeling techniques and sharing back ground stories about the models on display.
