Brian Murphy is a self-taught artist who started Totally Wired Sculpture in 2002. His work can be seen as lighthearted line drawings in the medium of steel wire. The goal of each piece is to create a kinetic movement from the tension in the wire so that the figures seem to dance or sway on their own and appear enlivened! Come to this demonstration and learn how to make your own!  No experience necessary an all supplies with be supplied.  Please register at the library.

Trees and branches decorated with eggs, feathers, and ornaments, called Easter Trees, are part of both German and Swedish traditions and make a whimsical, festive decoration for your spring table. Create your own interpretation of the Easter Tree with natural branches and a variety of hand-crafted ornaments.
