Are you looking for something to do with your family during February vacation? You’re invited to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes at the Addison Gallery of American Art and how exhibitions come together through demonstrations and hands-on activities. Those of all ages are welcome, and children must be accompanied by an adult. This event is free and open to the public.
Wear your favorite pajamas and come join the Addision Gallery of Art for a great story featuring bunnies, followed by family-friendly conversations about the 'Throwing Up Bunnies' exhibit at the museum. Children are required to be attended with a adult. Free and open to the public.
Young visitors are invited to join CAM staff and special guests for story time in the gallery. Offered in conjunction with the special exhibitions The Little House: Her Story and Once Upon a Contest: Selections from Cape Ann Reads. Free and open to the public. Peabody Essex Museum PEM Pals program welcomes special guests from @bostonballetschool for a special Nutcracker storytime! Designed for toddlers and their caregivers, PEM Pals is a drop-in program every Wednesday and holiday Monday at 10:30am, included with admission.

After months of planning, CuriousCity, a pop up children’s museum opens Sunday, March 31st from Noon to 4pm! CuriousCity features 9 exhibits designed to be accessible and inclusive for children ages 2-10 with different “rooms” to inspire, engage and play in.
See the Museum through the eyes of a child with this animated family tour of paintings, sculpture and maritime objects. Learn to think and see like an artist, a fisherman or quarry worker. Created for children ages 3–12 with their caregivers. This 30-minute tour ends in the Activity Center for art projects and play. Free for CAM members or with Museum admission. Space is limited, registration required.

Celebrate our living world — and the aspects you wish to protect most — by creating your own collage. Then, take a moment to share on the white board what you most want to protect in this world.
Bring your little Knights and Ladies to the Hammond Castle Museum for an educational and hands-on introduction to the history of heraldry on Knights and Ladies Day! This hour-long program on April 20, is geared towards 7–11 year-olds, and will be held in the Great Hall of the Museum, where their imagination can run wild, just as John Hays Hammond Jr., the inventor who built the Castle intended.
