Arts Fest is an annual celebration of the arts in the Gloucester Public Schools, a day to enjoy creativity, connection, and celebrating our students’ talents as a Gloucester community. It is led by the Gloucester Education Foundation in partnership with the Gloucester Public Schools, Cape Ann Museum (CAM), and a host of local arts and cultural partners.

The season ends with Sibelius romantic and passionate Symphony No. 2. The symphony is full of gorgeous, hyper emotional melodies as well as exciting moments of high drama. The Rachamaninoff Piano Concerto is one of the most popular works in the repertoire, and virtuoso pianist Myron Romanul will be the soloist.
The Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestras presents their Afternoon of Spring Concerts on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at the Dolan Performing Arts Center, 130 High Street, in Ipswich, MA. There will be two performances; a concert at 2pm and a second concert at 4pm. The concerts are free to the general public; no tickets required.
The Topsfield Fair is a perennial favorite for us. We're not the biggest fans of the midway, although it is always worth a walkthrough and a ride or two. We love fruits and vegetables, and are always on the lookout for the winning 'biggest pumpkin'. Another favorite is checking out the pigs and other farm animals, as well as the interesting variety of guinea pigs and rabbits.

Cellist Owen Young will be the featured soloist in Saint-Saëns' Cello Concerto No. 1. He is an audience favorite and always brings his incredible artistry and personal charm to his performances. Also on the program, Mendelssohn's musical description of the Hebrides and Beethoven's beautiful Symphony No. 4.
Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestras (NMYO) present a chamber music concert on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 7pm at the Shalin Liu Performing Arts Center in Rockport, Massachusetts. The concert program is available for viewing onliine.
Alastair Moock and Friends return to the Cabot with their unique brand of upbeat, socially-conscious Americana music for all ages! Joining them for this special performance is the Teen Tour Choir of Boston City Singers from Dorchester, MA. Moock, a Grammy-nominated family musician, has worked closely with Boston City Singers for years, ever since his daughter joined the group in second grade.
