All items have been donated by the community. Some up--cycled goods will be available as well as garden art, jewelry, home goods, usable items, fun gifts, and more. In this group parents will learn how to make unstructured play time a natural part of the daily routine. Parents will learn concrete strategies to decrease the allure of electronic devices and find tools to offer a childhood experience surrounded by nature, imagination and creativity.

When a doubting young boy takes an extraordinary train ride to the North Pole, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery that shows him that the wonder of life never fades for those who believe. THE POLAR EXPRESS 4-D Experience is based on the inspiring and beloved Caldecott Medal children's book by Chris Van Allsburg.
Join HWRHS Choirs and A Cappella groups for the Annual Harvest Concert & Auction. Harvest, annually held on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, is an opportunity for family, friends and school alumni to come to HWRHS and enjoy a night of beautiful singing and fun. Concert choir holds a bake sale and silent auction to raise money for the choral program. These funds go toward field trip costs, guest speakers, workshops, and so much more.
Pumpkin Fest was rained out, but there was still a chance to carve pumpkins! All carved pumpkins will be put on display at Weaver Pond in Patton Park for all to see. Come check out the spooky, the silly and the creative ways that friends and neighbors carved their Halloween Jack-o-Lanterns.
Pingree School and the Pingree Parent Network invite you to a special community presentation by psychotherapist, anxiety expert and author Lynn Lyons addressing mental health and young adults. Lynn will focus on how to disrupt the most common anxiety and depression-enhancing patterns and adopt instead a process-based approach that challenges ingrained patterns of thought and behavior.
This race offers both a 5K and a 10K race. The 10K distance is part of the 2018 New England Running Company Trail Series. The race course winds through the beautiful wooded hills behind the Pingree School. Race will start and parking will be at the parking lot behind the Pingree School. Come Walk, Run, Bike and Ride on guided trail adventures (for all levels) followed by a party featuring live music, live animals, games, great food trucks and local beer from the Tapmobiles of Ipswich Ale Brewery. Trail activities from 1-3pm and party from 3-6pm. Get outdoors and have fun while supporting ECTA and the 450 miles of trails that we maintain for your access to walk, run, cycle and ride!
This month's book club will be reading 'Who Was Albert Einstein?' and making our very own BLUBBER creations!! This Book Club meets once a month and lets kids use technology, crafts, and imagination to share what they learned in every book in the “Who Was Series”.
