Welcome to Salem Sound Coastwatch’s 15th annual Run for the Beach 5K! Every summer, community members gather at Dane St. Beach in Beverly for a fun, family-friendly race to raise money for Salem Sound Coastwatch.

Meet “Salt”
Explore Salt, Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary’s life-sized inflatable whale. Salt comes with internal organs and an air-lock that allows entrance for visitors of all abilities.
Early Bird Registration – May 31st Deadline
Register early and claim your limited edition Run for the Beach 5K T-shirt. Participate as individual runners, run teams, runners with strollers, or walkers.
Please note that T-shirts will only be available to those who register online by May 31st.
On-site registration starts at 8:00am the day of the event, card or check only.
