Working alongside staff, teens (ages 13-17) will learn how to produce maple syrup from tap to bottle, and everything in between at Appleton Farms in Ipswich! This volunteer service learning program is FREE, pre-registration required. Space is limited.

The kick off event will be a concert by Gnarly Charley - Show in the Snow, on the Ipswich Winter Stage outside of the Ipswich Evergreen! For the first time since Appleton Farms began milking cows at the farm over ten years ago, the public will be able to purchase a Full or Half Dairy Share with Appleton Farms’ very own farmstead cheese, yogurt, and milk!

The Whale Mobile will be on hand (giant inflatable whale with educational presentation about whales in our New England waters) plus we'll play sports games, get creative with an art project and dramatic play, and even learn about water safety. The event is free to the community.
Come to Marini Farm for a FREE anti-bullying awareness concert! To recognize national anti-bullying month, the farm will come alive with music focused on the theme of ending bullying. Spookley the Square Pumpkin, National Bullying Prevention Month's mascot, will be onsite to teach kids about the disruptive nature of bullying, and to support kids who have been bullied.
