Dollar Deal Night at CMNH

Every Friday night, families can use visit the Children's Museum of New Hampshir

All families are invited to the Children's Museum of New Hampshire on the first Friday night of every month during the school year for Dollar Deal Night! For just $1/person, families are free to explore and experience the museum as a low cost night out together. The Children’s Museum is not normally open at night, so this is also a special treat to visit after-hours and enjoy creative play before bedtime.

On Saturday, May 10, join us in supporting Wenham Museum through a night of whimsy, music, and merriment inspired by the museum's spring exhibit, A Spoonful of Sugar, which commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Mary Poppins film. Dress in your very best for a supercalifragalisticexpialidocious evening of live music, dancing, a raffle, and an auction!
Ticket includes valet parking, light refreshments, and hosted beer, wine, and signature cocktails.

Mother's Day at Children's Museum of NH

Mother's get FREE admission on Mother's Day at the Children's Museum of NH

In honor of Mother’s Day, the Children's Museum of New Hampshire is offering free admission for all mothers and grandmothers on Sunday, May 11 from 12-5 pm. There will also be a special creative activity for children who visit on Mother’s Day. In the Museum’s Muse Studio, kids can make a gift to give to the special woman in their lives. This activity is included with paid admission ($9 each for children and adults) and free for Children’s Museum members.

Wenham Museum is hosting a rare opportunity to have a hand-cut heirloom portrait created by silhouette artist Carol Lebeaux from a sitting or photograph.

Whether you're running or spectating at the Boston Marathon this year, a visit to Museum of Science will teach you the latest in endurance sports science! The museum has created special exibits and hands-on activities that will allow visitors to explore the science behind long-distance endurance running.  Combined with presentations by special guests, visitors will gain a better understanding the forces experienced by the runner's body, and what training does to minimize their effects.
