Back by popular demand! The Trustees and Notch Brewing are partnering up again to bring you another series of family-friendly outdoor Biergartens. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our gardens, farms, historic homes, and parks throughout the summer while enjoying one of Notch’s locally crafted session beers. Not just for grown-ups and beer drinkers – modeled after the popular European style Biergartens, it’s a family affair. Scavenger hunts and quests for children, property tours for adults, plus lawn games with plenty of room to spread out and explore for all.
It's time for backyard birds to head south for the winter. Joppa Flats Education Center want to give them a proper send-off with a fun, free family event that features bird banding demonstrations, interactive games about bird migration, and lots of table-top science including bird-call recall, bird identification, shorebird feeding challenges, and a mystery bird nest challenge!

Ipswich River Watershed Associationinvites you to Riverbend headquarters in celebrating the return of the paddling season. We’ll be leading a short paddle down river to the historic Peatfield landing where we’ve installed the our newest kiosk. Then we’ll return to Riverbend for ice cream, soda, beer, music and games. The Pride Picnic is an event created by the Hamilton-Wenham Human Rights Coalition (HWHRC) to celebrate Pride month and uplift the LGBTQ+ community. The first HWHRC Pride Picnic was in June 2021 and received over 400 attendees, with more expected to attend in 2022.

Join us for our first game night for teens! We’ll have a variety of board games, snacks, and drinks. This is a drop-in program so no registration is required, but we request that all attendees are at least 12 years of age.

Knucklebones of Cambridge will bring the gear - all you need to bring is yourself and be ready for some active fun! Activities are geared for children aged 3-8.
Salute the United States Armed Forces at the Wenham Museum’s Military History Day. Uniformed members of the Living History Association will be on the museum’s lawn available to answer questions, show memorabilia from the Civil War through WWII, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the beginning of WWI and help you explore inside antique military vehicles.
