Golfers of all abilities come out for a best ball scramble in support of public education at the Annual NEF Open Golf Tournament. Dinner, auction and raffle follow a great day on the links. The Annual NEF Open will be at Wentworth By The Sea Country Club in Rye, NH. Ticket price includes box lunch and dinner.
Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center is excited to announce our 12th annual White Ribbon event, Pledge for Change. We invite the members of our communities to gather together and pledge their support to end gender-based violence. This evening event will raise critically needed funds for our Youth Empowerment Services (YES). The Center’s YES programs work to foster healthy, safe and equitable relationships for youth, and help them thrive through meaningful connections in safer communities.
Come to Flatbread Pizza - Georgetown for great wood-fired, home-made flatbread pizza and help the Friends of the Amesbury Public Library raise funds for their programs! Our annual ice cream for breakfast event is also a fundraiser! For $10 you will get 2 scoops of ice cream between a Belgian waffle, and, in Putnam Pantry fashion, you can top your own sundae. We will be offering special toppings on our ice cream smorgasbord and special ice cream flavor offerings. 50% of proceeds will be donated to the Care Dimensions Hospice Houses.

ECTA is holding its 6th Annual Thanks for the Trails 5k and Kids Fun Run the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Patton Park in Hamilton (November 25, 2023). The Kids' Run will begin at 9:30AM and the 5k will start at 10AM. Using a scenic and challenging course and offering great prizes, this will be an event for all! Super prizes for top finishers, and many other terrific prizes!

Cool weather Fall running is back! This year the Winner's Circle Running Club has moved our annual 5K to Salisbury! It will be run Thanksgiving morning November 23rd. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. and the race starts promptly at 8:30. We feature runner and family friendly trails and post race refreshments. Our new course which is primarily on a rail trail offers a fast and flat but scenic course! Pre-register to lock in the lowest rates! Race day registration will be available at $35.
