Quintessential Brass takes the role of the brass quintet to the limit and beyond playing Classical, jazz, rock, funk and pop hits, as well as music from movies, TV, Broadway and the Big Band Era. Programs are selected to entertain audiences of all ages. This brass quintet consists of five full-time professional musicians who have, individually, performed with groups all over the world, recorded CDs and movie soundtracks, performed for Presidents, and at venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center.

Music Together® is a research-based music & movement program for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and the grown-ups who love them. Music Together® classes make it easy for parents/primary caregivers to play a crucial role in activating their child's music development. Classes are 45 minutes long and include rhythmic games, dance, and instrument play and are age & developmentally appropriate for the children while easy and fun for the caregivers, regardless of their musical ability. Join Maritime Gloucester’s education and aquarium staff as we take a deep dive into some of the ocean’s smallest, yet most important, organisms. Learn about plankton’s vital role in the marine ecosystem, and look under our microscopes to see what local species you can identify!. Recommended for ages 7 and up.
