Presenting the joyous, fun filled music of Mozart's Overture to the Marriage of Figaro and Haydn’s delightful "Clock" Symphony. We conclude with Brahms' incredibly powerful, yet lyrical Piano Concerto No. 1 featuring the incredible pianist Michael Lewin. If this doesn't bring everyone out of their seats nothing will.

Deb Kaneb and Gus, a Certified Reading Partner and Therapy Dog, are back and looking forward to hearing stories read by YOU!  Reading with a certified reading dog helps to build confidence with a safe, nonjudgmental partner.  Sign up for a 15-minute appointment and make sure to bring a favorite book or allow time to pick out your just right book at the Library. 

Interesting hikes, natural history topics to explore, hands-on projects, and real wildlife data-collection opportunities will be based on your input and interests in this exciting club for teens. This is your chance to get involved behind the scenes with Mass Audubon's science and conservation work. The club meets one or two Saturdays a month in a spring/summer session and fall/winter session. We also take one field trip each session to connect with other local organizations, learn more about environmental issues in our communities, and find out how you can make a difference.

Celebrate with art, conversation, and drop-in crafts for children and adults! This is the biggest holiday of the year for IRWA, and we’re ready to celebrate. Join us to decorate fish, make cardboard river-themed creature costumes (shad? herring? stickleback? turtles? which one is your favorite?), and more! We’re making costumes so that next week, on April 29th, we can parade down Main Street to the riverwalk in our creations. Ipswich’s own Monarch Gardener will be donating native seeds that pollinators love so you can help our local pollinators thrive!
