The NTL's own Kati Bourque will present a brief history on Ukrainian Easter Eggs and teach you how to create your own egg. All materials will be provided and you will go home with an egg that you made! This program is geared towards teens and adults, as you will be handling a raw egg, a lit candle, and permanent dyes. Let's explore the woods, the salt marsh, and the streams to look for creatures like birds, fish, frogs, and more while we learn, play, and explore. We'll use our "science eyes" and "nature ears" and discover wildife together!
Amesbury Public Library hosts a stuffy sleepover! Bring a stuffie to the Library in celebration of Spring! They will spend the night, have some fun, and you'll hear about it in the morning with a special note just to you as well photos of their time spent with other stuffie friends! Great for kids aged 0 - 10 years old!
Pathways for Children offers a FREE mid-February Vacation Zumba session for families! Come to the The Open Door for a fun dance session that is bound to get the sillies out! For all ages. Exercise and enjoy the great outdoors on some of the park’s hiking trails. Each program takes you on a different path. Hikes may include trail sections that are not accessible to strollers or persons with limited mobility.
You’ll feel better about that Thanksgiving indulgence if you come join us for a hike over the Blueberry and Moon Hills of Bradley Palmer State Park in Topsfield! Best for children ages 7 and up. We will be hiking for a couple of hours on moderate trails. Wear clothing for hiking; bring rain gear as appropriate. Only pouring rain cancels.

Local artist, storyteller and teacher Ann McCrea will help kids use modeling clay to sculpt a rabbit or coyote! CLAY♦WORKS combines the magic of storytelling with clay sculpting. The 70-minute CLAY•WORKS program teaches kids from 1st-6th grade [ages 5-11]. Sitting in a circle on the floor, Ann tells a story which evokes their interest and creativity.
