Each 90-minute session offers a structured series of activities including original songs, movement, dramatic play, hands-on science, and a thematic snack. The Firehouse Center for the Arts is offering a week-long April vacation program of voice instruction and choreographed pop and Broadway show tunes ending with a public performance on Fri, April 20. Areas of instruction include the basics of good breath support, posture and vocal production, and performance techniques... all while having fun singing the songs kids love! Kids will be able to bond with friends through song and fulfill their desire to be on stage performing the music they enjoy!

Koto’s Stormy and Calm Seas a new piece commissioned by the Cape Ann Symphony is a musical depiction of the ocean during a storm and the calm that comes afterwards.
A Cape Ann holiday tradition, the Cape Ann Symphony Pops is a celebration of with favorites by Anderson, Bach, Herbert, Tchaikovsky, Rutter, Handel and more. The orchestra will be joined by the Cape Ann Symphony Chorus directed by Wendy Betts. We will conclude with the ever popular audience sing-along.
