Experience the rich cultural heritage of Salem, Massachusetts at House of Seven Gables ! All are invited to a vibrant celebration of food, music, traditions, and more. Since its founding, The House of the Seven Gables Settlement Association has been dedicated to helping newly immigrated individuals and their families to thrive in the United States. While the demographics of newcomers have evolved over time, The House of the Seven Gables Settlement Association's commitment to offering guidance and education remains steadfast.

This beloved event is back after 4 years! Fiesta en la Calle is North Shore CDC’s annual festival celebrating the vibrant culture of the Point neighborhood that includes live music, dancing, art and the premiere of a new collection of murals in the Punto Urban Art Museum by New England based artists and Point residents. The annual Block Party celebrates the diverse community and culture of the people who live and work there.

Shen Yun is a performing arts company that is dedicated to resurrecting over 5,000 years of Chinese tradition and culture through the performing arts.  Shen Yun presents colorful and exhilarating performances of classical Chinese dance and music. A performance by Shen Yun is a presentation of traditional Chinese culture as it once was: a study in grace, wisdom, and the virtues distilled from the five millennia of Chinese civilization.

This fantastic annual event is not to be missed.  Grab your passport, take a trip through our halls to visit a variety of countries and learn about their cultures through art, music, activities, food and more.  This year you can look forward to touring Peru, Sweden, India, China, Japan, Italy, Brazil, Morocco, and the Azores.

The morning will end with live performances.  Enjoy Chinese Instrumental music, the Lawrence High School Youth Dance Company, and Roberto Chuica – Peruvian Folklore.
