NMYO Thanksgiving Benefit Concert

The NMYO Intermezzo Orchestra is just one of the orchestras performing at their annual Thanksgiving Benefit Concert

Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestras will perform a Thanksgiving concert to benefit the Ipswich Community Food Pantry. Come enjoy great music presented by some of the most talented youngsters on the North Shore and help the food pantry when it is needed the most - the week of Thanksgiving! Donations will be collected to benefit the Thanksgiving Basket Project of a local food pantry.

Community Giving Tree is proud to announce the Annual Toy Fair held at the Topsfield Fairgrounds in Coolidge Hall at the Topsfield Fairgrounds. This massive annual toy sale, is a good time to pick up gifts for the holidays as contributions will go to benefit Essex County children and families in need.

This year we ask you to bring your own bag. All proceeds support Community Giving Tree's mission to provide low income families in northeastern Massachusetts with basic necessities such as clothing, school supplies, baby equipment, and personal care items. Cash, Check, and Cards accepted.

Don’t fix dinner on the holiday. . .  come to the Manchester Woman’s Club’s spaghetti dinner catered by Classic Cooks on Monday, November 11 between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. at the Manchester Community Center. Dinner includes spaghetti and meatballs, Caesar salad, garlic bread, coffee, tea or lemonade, and assorted cookies for dessert.

Now, just a decade later, more than 150 performers have come together to dedicate their time and talents to that same vison.

The 26th Annual “Rubber Duck Race” hosted by the Danvers Kiwanis raises money that benefits scholarship funds for local college students. THE RACE is  rain or shine, and hundreds of Rubber Ducks will be dumped into the Porter River adjacent to Popes Landing. The drama escalates, competition has begun.
