Earth Day Coastal Clean Up

Earthday for shoreline cleanups at Halibut Point and Coolidge Point Reservation!

The Trustees of Reservations invites you and your kids to come out to one of their most spectacular coastal reservations to celebrate Earth Day 2014. Take this opportunity to teach your children the benefits of stewardship and to have a great time as a family.  At Halibut Point State Park and/or the Coolidge Point Reservation, your help is needed cleaning up the shoreline, building a bird box or a boardwalk, or simply drinking in the beauty of our special places. Call for details. Please register in advance!

A whale breaches on Stellwagen Bank off of the coast of Massachusetts.

This is a whale watch with a birding twist! Joppa Flats Education Center invites families on a special excursion offshore to discover the wonder of whales aboard the Captain's Lady III! Circus Kids Intoductory Class

Your child can try circus performing skill in this FREE introductory class!

Kids ages 5-17 are invited to come try out their circus skills at a FREE introductory class! Kids classes are designed to be fun and give kids a chance to try a bunch of different circus arts in one class, with a mix of balance equipment (stilts, tight wire), and manipulation (juggling, hula hoops, circus acrobatics, clowning skills, Aerial Silks & Trapeze. Pizza Fest Ipswich

Try pizza form local area places and raise funds for local orgs at the pizza fes

Come to the Pizza Fest in Ipswich to sample pizza from local restaurants and raise funds that will be distributed to local students through scholarship programs. This fund raiser event will feature all-you-can-eat pizza, a raffle, local vendors, a bouncy house for the kids, face painting, a DJ, dancing and family fun for all.  Come help COME SUPPORT THE IPSWICH LIONS raise money for scholarships and many other community needs, and have some fun while doing it!
