Fluff is a special treat in our house that we usually reserve for that wonderful combination of bread, peanut butter and fluff - aka the fluffernutter! What we never knew was that fluff is a product native to the North Shore and has been made in Lynn at the same factory since 1929. Today, fluff is sold throughout the United States and the world and has a dedicated following.

The Talent Conquest TV Show will be producing the ZOMBIE DANCE "Thriller" Re Enactment as part of the B&S Fitness Devil's Chase 6.66 Runners on Saturday 10/26/11. This is a benefit for the Plummer Home for Boys in Salem, MA. Debra Crosby will MC the ZOMBIE DANCE reenactment of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" to give the Devil's Chase 6.66 runners a little entertainment.

Having taught both children and adults for the past 13 years, I have learned that I can easily use my authority to get a student to make short term changes in behavior, however, only my influence will make them want to institute these changes for the long term. These long term changes are going to help the student feel successful, not only in their training, but also in their life outside of the school.

Inland's skeleton is now on display at the Whale Center of New England, and has been used as a teaching aid in whale anatomy for thousands of visitors!
