Run, swim and bike a YMCA sponsored triathlon at Crane Beach in Ipswich Massachusetts! The course is a ½ mile ocean swim followed by a 2 mile beach run consisting of varied terrrain (sand, rocks, grass, pavement, and trails) and a 9 mile bike ride finishing back at Crane Beach.

Winter Story Time by the Woodstove! This winter, come cozy up near our warm woodstove for story time, create a craft, and explore the discovery center with your preschooler.
Maudslay State Park invites you for a close-up view of a live owl and her babies in the nest, through a
spotting scope. Plus visit the park interpreter’s table to learn more about this raptor and see
skulls, feathers and owl pellets. Bring binoculars for better viewing of the nest. All ages are
welcome! Follow the signs from the parking lot to the field site.
