Ipswich River Nature Preschool Open House
Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary is proud to introduce a nature preschool for 3-5 year olds located at Endicott Wildlife Sanctuary in Wenham.
Recent studies confirm that children are spending less time engaged in vigorous outdoor play. The Ipswich River Nature Preschool provides young children on the North Shore with early educational experiences that fosters the development of the whole child and a lifelong relationship with nature.
Real Night Out
The REAL (Reading • Educational Assistance • Learning) Program is holding their 2nd annual fundraising event, called "A REAL Night Out" at the Glen Urquhart School in Beverly, MA. The event will feature live and silent auctions, speakers, and entertainment. The event will be attneded by 250-350 community activists, local philanthropists, parents of children in the program, educational professionals, community leaders, city officials, and city school employees.
GUS: Puppet Show for Young Children
This original story by puppeteer Deborah Costine is about a family of imaginary twig people who live in an oak tree in harmony with nature. They share a tree with robins, a gray squirrel and a tree frog.
Sparhawk Community Arts Event
Sparhawk School is excited to be a part of the Amesbury Open Studios Tour this year. Guests will enjoy creating indoor and outdoor art installations and nature based take home art projects for humans of all ages. Sparhawk will have our giant spin art machine. Fun for all ages. Come.
