Take a stroll up historic Chestnut Street and join the sea chantey-singing Salem pirates for tricks, treats, and treasures at Historic New England’s Phillips House on Halloween night. This special family-friendly event is free and takes place on Thursday, October 31 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Salem’s official trick-or-treating hours.
