Get ready to rock with one of the North Shore's most popular kids' bands! This is an offsite program that will take place on Inn Street, the pedestrian way that connects Pleasant Street and Market Square in downtown Newburyport.
This Community Ride will start in Lynn, go over the Saugus River and past the Rumney Marsh in Revere. Meet next to the trail at the Market Basket in Lynn. There will be two options: one to Malden line (12 miles RT) and a bit longer to the Everett line (16 miles RT). Part of Trails & Sails.
Join the Manchester Public Library for an afternoon of musical fun! The Didgeridoo Show is an energetic fusion of Australian music, comedy, character building, storytelling and audience participation. The didgeridoo has been played by Aboriginal Australians for at least 1500 years, and it's known for its otherworldly sound. You'll learn about Aussie animals, culture, unity and more ... all while moving and grooving to the pulsing rhythms of the didge. The Didgeridoo Show is interactive, educational, motivational and super fun for all ages!
Newburyport Public Library hosts a Movie Matinee each Wedensday in the Program Room! This showing features "Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves" (PG-13) starring Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, and Rege-Jean Page at 2:30 pm. Unicorns, giants and monsters, oh my! This story and craft program will focus on a different mythical creature each week. Please register individually for each week you plan to attend. Registration for first two weeks will start June 24, later dates will open two weeks before each program.

Come out and "rook" the house (sorry, chess humor) with club organizers Marcel and Milla and their energetic middle school group of aspiring grandmasters! Registration required as space is limited. This program is for kids age 9-11. Registering for one week will sign you up for all the weeks in the series.
Join Amesbury Public Library for an interactive storytime outdoors with stories, songs, actions, and fun! We'll end with stations around for kids and adults to explore. Storytimes are great ways to build literacy skills and create learning experiences as well as a great social event. Younger siblings are welcome, but please bring children who are in our age range for this program.
