The Newburyport Public Library is hosting a beaded jewelry workshop. Whether you're a beginner who'd like to learn to make their own beaded jewelry or would like to learn how to complete basic repairs, this is the class for you! Join professional jeweler and metal smith Pam Farren and learn how to use basic tools, understand and source materials, and complete four different projects over four Sundays just in time for the Holidays!
Class dates are October 28th, November 4th & 18th, and December 2nd from 1:30 to 3:30 pm, and we meet in the Children's Activity Room. Projects include a beaded bracelet, dangle earrings, a link and chain bracelet, and a charm pendant. Registration is required, and there is a $10 fee for materials. Students should provide their own hand tools as a limited number is available for use during class. Class is limited to 10 students and is open to teens and adults.
