Join Tinkerhaus for free weekly sessions for Kids 3 and up on the Clipper City Rail Trail between High and Low Street, right by the Toy Train. Wear clothes that can get wet and messy. We will explore a large variety of materials.

Come check out the Stevens to Stevens Trail, a scenic trail connecting the Old Center Common to Weir Hill to Osgood Hill. Every weekend, the farm will be filled with a number of activities and opportunities to explore the property, socialize in a safe, socially-distant manner, enjoy amazing food, and take in everything the farm has to offer while enjoying time at this very special place.
Join a Mass Audubon teacher on a child-friendly walk to learn about the people and wildlife who call these forests home. Fall is a wonderful time to enjoy a hike with family and give thanks for the resources and beauty that nature provides for wild animals and people, too. The hike is set at a leisurely pace with stops to explore for birds, mammals, insects, and other interesting creature we'll see along the way.
Celebrate the arrival of spring with a hike to Waterfowl Pond. Along the way, we'll look for ducks and red-winged blackbirds in the wetlands, listen for the call of the phoebe, and search for signs that the animals that slept away the winter are emerging and those that went south are returning.
Get ready for spring with seed bombs! Together we'll learn about flowers and seeds, then create handmade seed bombs full of native wildflower seeds or herb seeds to take home. Give them as gifts or use them in your own yard to create springtime plant explosions!
