Join us the last Sunday of each month this pizza season for live music at Appleton Farms. Local musicians will play from 2-4:30pm during our wood-fired pizza picnic events. Bring your blanket, your appetite and your dancing shoes to this Sunday concert series. The summer goes by so fast, what better way to recognize the close of each month than by spending time with family & friends listening to great music at Appleton Farms!

Want to learn more about our local birds and how to identify them? Joppa Flats education interns will take you on an easy walk and introduce you to a variety of birds, from egrets and herons in the salt marsh, to ducks and shorebirds along the river, to songbirds and hummingbirds at our feeders. We'll provide binoculars and field guides along with tips on how to use them. Get started on the hottest new hobby around - birding!

Join us for fun under the stars at Patton Homestead the night before our 8th annual Patton Homestead Military Service Day the next day, Saturday July 15, 10am-4pm. See you there with lawn chairs, blankets, treats for our BIG OUTDOOR SCREEN MOVIE. Scheduled 8pm movie is The Incredibles, a full animated fun movie about a family of undercover superheroes are forced into action to save the world, while trying to lead a quiet suburban life.

Join us for fun under the stars at Patton Homestead on the fourth fairweather Friday May 26 - August 25, 2023. Gates open at 6:30, and you can buy food on site or bring a picnic dinner before the show. The movie for July is Wakanda Forever! The people of Wakanda fight to protect their home from intervening world powers as they mourn the death of King T'Challa. Who will step up to become the new Black Panther?
