Come to Marini Farm for a group hike through the forest to White Farms for an optional ice cream. The group will hike the same route back. Approximately two hours. Bring bug spray, water, sunscreen and hiking shoes. Meet at Linebrook Road entrance to Willowdale State Forest just west of Marini Farm - Look for the event sign.

Come tot he IRWA headquarters in Ipswich where we will paddle to downtown Ipswich River and then back. Through restoration projects like dam removal and invasive species management, to advocacy work around water conservation – we have the solutions to ensure a bright future for our river. Join us on tis paddle to learn more about our vision for the river and witness this precious resource first-hand. As part of COASTSWEEP Beach Cleanup, volunteers are encourage to come to Plum Island and help in the statewide effort to keep our coastline clean. COASTSWEEP is the annual statewide cleanup of Massachusetts coastal and riverine environments. Over more than 20 years, COASTSWEEP has engaged thousands of volunteers in cleaning hundreds of miles of shoreline and riverbanks.

While here, explore the gardens, walk the 1/2-mile-long Grand Allée, try a landscape-themed eye spy, picnic, and dance on the grass.
