Everybody is invited to enter the Gingerbread Contest for the Middle Street Walk in Gloucester this year! Groups and individuals are encouraged to get creative and come up with entries that can take any shape. All entries will be judged prior to the start of the Middle Street at 10am.

Bring the family for a nature-themed Halloween at the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary this October. This charming, not-so-spooky event invites visitors to take a hoot-i-ful woodland walk and learn about nocturnal (costumed) animals that live at the sanctuary.

The Topsfield Fair is a perennial favorite for us. We're not the biggest fans of the midway, although it is always worth a walkthrough and a ride or two. We love fruits and vegetables, and are always on the lookout for the winning 'biggest pumpkin'. Another favorite is checking out the pigs and other farm animals, as well as the interesting variety of guinea pigs and rabbits.

Enjoy great food, live music, and family fun while celebrating autumn's arrival on the waterfront in downtown Newburyport Massachusetts. Come visit the Biz Baz Street Fair to see over 80 vendors and enjoy the historic Salem Common. Vendor sales include handmade jewelry, art, apparel, crafts, Halloween decor and so much more! The Biz Baz will be in the Salem Common and you can shop on Saturday, October 4, from 10AM-6PM, and Sunday, October 5, from 10AM-6PM. This event brings thousands of visitors, so you do not want to miss out! Hosted by the Salem Chamber of Commerce.
Walk the trails to see the handcrafted houses at this year’s enchanted Fairy House Festival. Cast your People’s Choice Award vote for your favorite Fairy House. Stay awhile for magical fun, arts and crafts, food, raffles, live music, and more. Rain or shine. Anyone is welcome to submit a house.
