Grades 6-12: Learn how to paint a sugar skull in celebration of El Dia de los Muertos with step-by-step instructions! You will leave with a beautiful completed painting! Meets in the Program Room. Drop the kids off for a fun night slime making! This brand-new event is just for middle schoolers. Art Haven is a community space where children of all ages and abilities are encouraged to develop creativity and confidence through hands-on learning and collaboration.
Come help Cape Ann Art Haven prep buoys for their buoy painting workshops and their annual auction fundraiser! Help prime paint buoys with a fresh coat of white! Come for a couple of hours of some community fun and help a great cause! Participants will be entered into a raffle for free classes and a chance to win at birthday party at Art Haven (at $175 value).
Let your creative juices flow! In this afternoon activity, we will create, build and embellish winter sculptures using nature’s bounty. Work as a family, a group of friends or let us pair you up when you arrive and work together as a team to add imaginative sculptural elements to the Stevens-Coolidge gardens. Cocoa will be served to keep your hands warm and busy!
