Fusion Fest at the House of Seven Gables in Salem Massachusetts celebrate the diverse cultral heritage its community!

Experience the rich cultural heritage of Salem, Massachusetts at the House of Seven Gables ! All are invited to a vibrant celebration of food, music, traditions, and more. Since its founding, The House of the Seven Gables Settlement Association has been dedicated to helping newly immigrated individuals and their families to thrive in the United States. While the groups arriving in Salem have changed over the years, The Gables’ drive to provide guidance and education has not. We are taking this special day to celebrate the backgrounds and cultures of students in the ESL and Citizenship classes at The House of the Seven Gables and how they have contributed to the growth of such a diverse and colorful city.

The fireworks are set off in Mackerel Cove off of Lynch Beach and can be seen all along Mackerel Cove (Dane St. Beach, Independence Park). The Salem Ice Scream Bowl is a chance to taste some classic favorite flavors, as well as a few new ones, from the area’s best ice cream shops, and is a great time for children as well as adults.
