Everyone loves owls! Yet, how many of us have ever seen a live owl up close? With Eyes On Owls, Naturalist Marcia Wilson and photographer Mark Wilson will introduce you to six different live owls from New England and far beyond. Some owls, like the Great Horned, Barred and Eastern Screech Owls are fairly common in our area. Others, like Snowy Owls, Great Grays, and Boreal Owls, are rather rare.
Come to this ongoing campaign using Dragons of Stormwreck Isle. Do you have a character you created? Come join our campaign.
Join Miss Kate and create a wonderful Lego scene. We provide the Legos and you bring your imagination. We will display it for the next month and you can come in and play with your own creation. Families welcome. Drop in for 5 minutes or come for the whole hour.
Nothing says fun like glow sticks! We'll turn most of the lights down in our large Program Room and crack a few hundred glow sticks for a no-mess good time. Kids can play however they like with the glow sticks, including using plastic connectors to make shapes and designs. No registration required; drop in any time between 3:00 and 4:30 p.m.
Come unwind after school with the library's collection of LEGO bricks, or create with crafting supplies. Children under 9 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
Do you love graphic novels? Want to read them with your friends? Do you like tasty snacks and fun activities?
